As the number of customized exports keep on increasing, a new way to export data has been implemented to answer users'needs more easily & quickly.
You can still export data using MS Identifications→Context→Export→Reports (See exportcontext for more details).

Currently, 2 ad-hoc reports exist:

• Export N15 Quantitation Data (see exportadhocexport_n15 for more details)
• Export Protein Groups with peptides & leaves (see exportadhocexport_PPMSwLeaves for more details)
