How to delete a context
Delete a Search context
From the MSIExplorer window,
- Select the Search context(s) (multiple selection allowed) you want to delete
- Right-click to display context menu and choose
Delete…
Delete a User context
From the MSIExplorer window, right-click on a User context and select Delete…
If a context was parent for others contexts, these childs will become root contexts.
Troubleshooting
- Known Bug : when deleting a context, a save is automatically done on the MS Identification database
- If a user context is a child, a message box will be displayed and context will not be deleted
