Batch processing lets you link together several algorithm and filters.
Available process are :

• Algorithms
  • protein grouping
  • compute spectral count data (Can only be done if selected contexts are grouped or if protein grouping is done before in the batch)
  • change typical protein
• Filters
  • regular expression filter
  • peptide count filter
  • occurrence in child contexts

All processes can only be launched once in the same batch (buttons are disabled after selection).

• Right-click one ore more context nodes of your choice in the MSIExplorer view to display context sensitive menu and select “Batch…”

In the batch window press the wanted processes buttons (if some button is disable its because some selected context can't handle the related process). The related window will pop up to let you parametrize the process and add it to the list if you click ok in that window. If you want to modify your process list or parameters just select the desired process and click delete or edit (if you delete protein grouping, spectral count will also be deleted as their can't be a spectral count if their is no protein grouping)
