for now it is not possible to save a two contexts comparison result.

After comparing a context with its child it is possible to save the result in associated hEIDI project in order to load that result later without running the algorithm again.

• click on save button in toolbar and wait for following message to appear.

• A new entry is automatically saved under the hEIDI project (manip1 and manip2 in this example). The name of this entry is the name of the parent context of the comparison with index suffix if necessary.

To read back a comparison result from a project :

• right click on the result comparison entry under hEIDI project (manip1 in the example) and select Load contexts comparison data in the menu. This will read necessary data from MS Identification database. The result icon becomes green when data is loaded.

• right click on the same result comparison entry and select View contexts comparison result in order to open the comparison result windows. The same ones as if comparison algorithm have been run.
