Open the DataSet Explorer app from the left panel (if it's closed, open it by click on the “apps” button in the upper-left corner of the page)

When the DataSet Explorer is opened, you can see your Project Tree on the left.

• My Project will list your own projects
• If you are an admin, or if other people shared their projects with you, you can see their projects below

To create a New Project, just click on the button at the bottom of this panel.
