Refine Protein Sets Abundances

Advanced Protein Sets abundances
Right click on the selected XIC node in the Quantitation tree, and select “Refine Proteins Sets Abundances…”
Configuration
In the dialog, you can:
- specify peptides to consider for quantitation
- configure parameters used for peptides quantitation
- configure parameters used for proteins quantitation

Advanced XIC results
You can see the results by displaying the XIC (viewxic) or export them (export_an_identification_summary_a_xic_or_a_spectral_count)
