Refine Protein Sets Abundances
Launch Advanced XIC
To launch the prolizer, right click on the selected XIC node in the Quantitation tree, and select “Compute Quantitative Profiles…”
Profilizer configuration
In the dialog, you can:
- specify peptides to consider for quantitation
- configure parameters used for peptides quantitation
- configure parameters used for proteins quantitation

Advanced XIC results
You can see the results by displaying the XIC (viewxic) or export them (export_a_xic)
