In the windows with PSM of a Search Result or of an Identification Summary, you can ask for the display of an histogram to check the quality of your identification.

If you click on the histogram button, you will obtain the histogram in a new window. If you click on the '+' button, you can add the histogram as a view in the same window.

By default, the histogram is done on ppm values. But you can select another variable thanks to the combobox in the left bottom corner.
