Visualize all context's peptides
You can visualize all peptides contained in any given Search or User context (for a User context, protein grouping has to be executed):
- Right-clik on the context node of your choice.
- Select
Browse > Peptidesin the context sensitive menu. - The Peptides tab will show up.
