Export comparison result

Only one graphical interface now exists to display context comparison results.

At present, no export is available to user. In order to have data in a excel file:

  1. Press Ctrl+A to select all cells
  2. Ctrl+C to copy data
  3. Open an Excel document and press Ctrl+V to copy data

Tips to format correctly results in Excel Spreadsheet: The first column (union reference accessions) is not correctly formatted. You can select this column and use Data→Text to columns… wizard to extract accessions only (specify 'space' as delimiter and then only extract column containing accessions). To remove the last bracket ']' at the end of the accession, select the column and use Data→Text to columns… wizard again, specify a custom delimiter ']' and only extract the column having accession.

Export multiple contexts comparison

When comparing a context with its child, two tabs are opened. The first one, the full table, all properties of each context is displayed. See how to change displayed properties. The second tab is a more readable table where only one property at the time is displayed for each context.

:!: The column title are not copied using this method, verify their order in hEIDI table before reporting it to excel file.
:!: In the full table it is possible to display only a set of properties to be able to read column title. In this case, when changing the displayed set of properties to copy, be sure to not reorder the rows !
:!: In the summarized table, you should copy one property after the other … be sure to not reorder the rows between two copy.
