Connecting to an MS Identification database
Connecting
A connection to an MSI database (Mass Spectrometer Identification database (MSI db)) is required to explore your data with hEIDI. To create a connection, click on the Drivers node in the Service window then select the database server hosting your MSI DB and enter the connection properties in appropriate fields.
Connection to a postgres server
Open MSI Session
To open a working session on the MS identification database, select the connection in Service Window and open menu MS Identification > Open session.
