Visualize all context's peptides

You can visualize all peptides contained in any given Search or User context (for a User context, protein grouping has to be executed first):

• Right-clik on the context node of your choice.
• Select Browse > Peptides in the context sensitive menu.
• The Peptides tab will show up.

Peptides referenced by only masked protein groups are displayed in gray and italic. Mode detail on child contexts properties could be found in protein groups and peptides page.
