Refine Protein Sets Abundances

For description on Advanced Quantitation you can first read the principles in this page : lcmsquantitationadvanced

Right click on the selected XIC node in the Quantitation tree, and select “Refine Proteins Sets Abundances…”

In the dialog, you can:

- specify peptides to consider for quantitation

- configure parameters used for peptides quantitation

- configure parameters used for proteins quantitation

You can see the results by displaying the XIC (viewxic) or export them (export_an_identification_summary_a_xic_or_a_spectral_count)
