Export to XLS

Once validation have been done, the validated result could be exported to XLS file.

• To configure which sheet and which value will be exported, open Tools → Preference
• To export : File –> Export –> Identification Result –> to Excel

Protein hits details : Typical protein + PSM information

• emPAI = 10^(N observed / N observable )-1
  • observed : # observed peptides in protein (in this validated search result)
  • observable : # observable peptides in protein

Protein groups detail : Typical protein + same set proteins + subset proteins
