Mode details about importing UMCs to MSIdb

Transfering Viper result folder(s) into MSI database:

1. Establish a gateway between the MSI database (PostgreSQL) and the AMT database (MS Access)
2. For each Viper result folder:
   • Check Viper folder contents
   • Read (and optionaly filter) UMCs file
   • Write QuantiContext to MSI database

Requirements:

• Opened MSI session containing the User context used to generate the AMT database.
• AMT database file (.mdb)
