====== Visualize all context's peptides ======

{{:peptidessearchcontext.png |}} You can visualize all peptides contained in any given Search or User context (for a User context, protein grouping has to be executed first):
  * Right-clik on the context node of your choice.
  * Select ''Browse > Peptides'' in the context sensitive menu.
  * The Peptides tab will show up.

Peptides referenced by only masked protein groups are displayed in gray and italic.
